[NOT MERGE] Jclouds2.0.0 snapshot
it is built on top of #409
It uses jclouds-2.0.0-SNAPSHOT just to verify what needs to be changed in
brooklyn-server.
I think it would be good to set up a jenkins job that builds this branch
continuously, but I can't set it up myself at
https://builds.apache.org/view/Brooklyn/
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/andreaturli/brooklyn-server
jclouds2.0.0-SNAPSHOT
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
