    Add Suppliers.incrementingSupplier

    A simple useful class. I have a pull request coming for brooklyn-library 
that makes proper use of this.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

incrementing-supplier

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
