Publish ZooKeeperNode host+port at ZOOKEEPER_ENDPOINT
Fixes `ZooKeeperEnsemble.ZOOKEEPER_ENDPOINTS` and by extension
`ZooKeeperEnsembleLiveTest` after the changes in
https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-library/pull/78.
