Thanks for looking at the vagrant integration. I would be fine releasing 0.10.0 
with the Vagrantfile depending on Wily as that's used locally, for initial 
testing.
Looking at the linked bug in your PR (and other "hot" bugs in launchpad) Ubuntu 
doesn't sound like a good choice for Vagrant any more.
For short term we could upgrade to Xenial and longer term to CentOS 7. I'd 
really like to avoid having a dependency on two images at the same time - it 
would be frustrating for users to wait for two images to download.
