Allow oauth.endpoint in location
`oauth.endpoint` is required by Azure ARM but isn't passed through to the
jcloudsProperties.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/drigodwin/brooklyn-server oauth-keys
