Specify the Azure ARM region
The Azure ARM jclouds provider loads hardware details from all regions
unless the one on which we are going to launch is specified.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/drigodwin/brooklyn-server azure-arm-regions
