Exclude cli/.glide/* (cache) from rat + git
Without this, the build fails for me: the many files created in
cli/.glide/cache fail the rat check.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/aledsage/brooklyn-client fix/rat-exclude-glide
