I suggest this PR (and the accompanying one in brookly-dist) are merged
first (but first updating the felix version number at
https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/blob/master/pom.xml#L134), as Svet
mentioned in the comment in #547.
How is the testing going @googlielmo - does it look good to merge?
