I've added more tests for the effectors:
- add unit tests: HttpCommandEffectorTest and CompositeEffectorTest
- add YamlTests: HttpCommandEffectorYamlTest and
CompositeEffectorYamlTest.java
- add YamlRebindTests: HttpCommandEffectorYamlRebindTest and
CompositeEffectorYamlRebindTest
