@grkvlt the `server.conf` used with `NginxTemplateConfigGenerator` follows
roughly the config from `NginxDefaultConfigGenerator`. Can you update it as
well.
I think we should just migrate to the template configuration and deprecate
`NginxDefaultConfigGenerator` altogether as its easier to support.
