Brooklyn doesn't know the URL it's reachable at so it doesn't advertise it in
the persisted state. The UI shows a warning:

It is recommended not to use this server directly.
The address of the master Brooklyn server is not currently known.

The REST call {{/v1/server/up/extended}} returns {{"url": null}}.
Only the Karaf distribution exhibits this behaviour.
