Jenkins failed with an unrelated test:
`HttpCommandEffectorYamlRebindTest.testRebindWhenHealthy:64->runRebindWhenIsUp:81`.
I'll do a `git commit --amend; git push -f` to kick-off jenkins again. We can
investigate that failure in a separate PR.
