Nice; I think this is probably a better match (no pun intended) to what
test authors want. It is likely to make their lives easier, in that they don't
have to spend time thinking about how to squash multiple lines. You could
argue that we should provide both ways of doing it and making that a
configuration option; on balance though I would say let's not do that until
there is a demand for it, let's keep it simple. Will do a quick review of the
code.
