@bostko what is this to work around? I presume it's for the rebind errors
reported in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BROOKLYN-453? Based on the
fixes in https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/598, do we need the
changes you've done here? If not, can you close this PR please?
