Geoff Macartney commented on BROOKLYN-343:
------------------------------------------

The case covered by https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/338 is a bit
different to this, it only concerns items that are already added to the
catalog; I've just run the test mentioned in the description to check, and I
can confirm it's still broken.

> Cross-referencing catalog items fails

> The camp parser doesn't see items which are in the same catalog and already
> parsed. Only already added items are visible. The catalog parsers does a
> poor-man's validation on the top level items only, we need to replace that
> with the normal CAMP parser workflow, but able to see items in the current
> catalog preceding the current item.
> On the other hand removing services works just fine.
> See the failing test case in
> https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/125
