    [WIP] Put back GeoDNS tests

    As @neykov noticed in #106, the failure of these tests could be down to a 
deadlock fixed in apache/brooklyn-server#671. This puts the tests back. 

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/drigodwin/brooklyn-library geodns-tests

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-library/pull/108.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
