[WIP] [JCLOUDS 2.1.0] Upgrade to jclouds 2.1
These are the changes I needed to implement in order to run Brooklyn
against current jclouds master.
Leaving them around to be reused for the jclouds 2.1.0 upgrade once
released.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/neykov/brooklyn-server jclouds-2.1
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/673.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
