@m4rkmckenna sorry, I thought I'd implemented that feature, but clearly I
didn't. Yes, @geomacy the format was like that so that you could simply change
the `target` in the `login` command, but I guess I didn't get round to that.
I think it is better UX so my vote would be to leave the `.brooklyn_cli`
structure and fix the missing implementation. Additionally, it would make
sense to add commands to output the current target and choose between them.
