Fixed all items discussed. I think I've improved the horrible "low-level"
name, and better explained the suppliers @neykov, and explained (and figured
out) the reasons for the threading model of the classloading stack @aledsage.
Thanks all for the quick review. If someone wants to eyeball my last
changes then we can merge.
