@ahgittin changing a bunch of tests to extend `BrooklynAppUnitTestSupport`
might well have sped things up (before the change, some of their `setUp` method
created a normal `LocalManagementContext` rather than the minimalist
`LocalManagementContextForTests.newInstance()`; the former would include the
embedded Felix etc).
