The windows path format looks like Brooklyn's {{bundle:resource}} paths so
Brooklyn doesn't find the file. The problem's been reports in [1] with the
error message {{'C' will be ignored, loading '\Users\Robert\.ssh\id_rsa.pub' as
no framework available}}.
That's running Brooklyn 0.11 with the classic launcher.
