    REST API returns plane-id

    This is useful for systems that use/manage Brooklyn - they want to know the 
stable id of that Brooklyn server, which will be the same after restarts or 
after HA failovers.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/aledsage/brooklyn-server 
restApi-returns-planeId

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/765.patch
