REST call to get activities on an adjunct
A single small commit to get via REST the activities related to an adjunct,
and descendant tasks.
This depends on #810, #816, and #818 -- where most of the work is done --
but once those are in the only changes should be those in
935c743d57bc3199d2b333a34b09ec9f0b4b71fc .

also tweaks to other classes to make them more usable, eg VersionedName
comparables and bundle removal giving an OsgiBundleInstallationResult
