When renaming an entity in the app inspector using the 'pencil' icon, if you
include a '#' character, anything after (and including) the '#' character is
ignored
E.g. Deploy an app and rename the app from "Foo" to "Foo bar #baz" and the app
will now be named "Foo bar "
