ahgittin opened a new pull request #138: new version of cxf seems to require this setting URL: https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-dist/pull/138 feels like it _shouldn't_ be needed, but we get a glassfish class not found error otherwise, and this fixes it by pointing at cxf instead needed as part of https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/1024
