camp-server: depend on brooklyn-utils-test-support
- Without this, it canât find `LoggingVerboseReporter` which is in
`brooklyn-utils-test-support`
- camp-base now depends `brooklyn-utils-test-support` instead of
`brooklyn-test-support`, because does not need brooklyn-api
