    have you looked at:  https://github.com/maxmind/GeoIP2-java  ?
    
    the new @maxmind v2 is Apache licensed and mvn/github.  it will require 
some code changes but maybe not that much?  i talked with them 1 year ago 
asking them for this -- thrilled to see this now!
    
    as i recall, Utrace had pretty low token limits so we can end up with 
spurious failures so i'd prefer maxmind v2.
