I've fixed all but float and utrace (which wasn't introduced here in any
case).
Merging this; let's get utrace fixed ASAP though.
I've also noticed, when catalog is scanned, we get a bunch of errors where
enrichers marked as `@Catalog` are added as policies. (Also,
`ConnectionFailureDetector` should be an enricher.) Not related to this PR I
don't think, but recording it here just in any case:
