Upgrade to jclouds to 1.8.1
Confirmed that `Live-sanity` tests work as they did before (i.e. all pass
except `BlobStoreExpiryTest.testRenewAuthFailsInSoftlayer` - I didn't have
@andreaturli 's fix that disabled that test when I ran them).
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

upgrade/jclouds-to-1.8.1
