Update the Add Application wizard to send CAMP Yaml to server.
Previously a deprecated ApplicationSpec format was used which assumes the
catalog items have java types which the YAML catalog items do not have.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/neykov/incubator-brooklyn fix/app-wizard
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
