Summary: StandaloneQpidBrokerExample fails

Running the Standalone Qpid example fails when the Subscribe class tries to
connect at [1] with a null pointer exception. This appears to be down to
changing the version number from 0.14 to 0.20 as reverting this in the root POM
fixes the issue. NOTE: This is in addition to other fixes at [2]
