Let's hold off merging until
https://github.com/apache/incubator-brooklyn/pull/542 is done, and this PR is
rebased - https://github.com/apache/incubator-brooklyn/pull/542 includes fixes
for the BrooklynNode stuff done here (but not quite all of them).
