Finished review, a much needed streamlining of the code to get rid of the
delay used previously. Happy to see this merged given that
`brooklyn.entity.brooklynnode.BrooklynNodeIntegrationTest.testStopAndRestartProcess`
passes and the mainUri comments are addressed.
