Finished review. It's a great set of changes, making the yaml catalog a
usable and useful feature. Really happy to see Brooklyn get to this point.
Two points stand out that need addressing:
* `scanJavaAnnotations` doesn't work with bundle items
* catalog initialization and HA states interplay
