    BrooklynLauncherRebindCatalogTest

    Fix test - assume the order on catalog rebind doesn't matter.
    I didn't debug the actual rebinding code, but I assume since ids and 
catalogIds are `Iterable` it doesn't matter. 

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

brooklyn_launcher_test
