Add sequential ID number to each DynamicCluster member
Each `DynamicCluster` member entity now has a `cluster.member.id` integer
sensor which represents the order in which it was added to the cluster,
starting from 0 and increasing sequentially.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mikezaccardo/incubator-brooklyn
dynamic-cluster-sequential-id
