Changed:
1. The memory pool implementation has a potential null pointer exception;
2. When searching for RDMA Gid, switch to traversal from back to front,
which can reduce **g_gid_tbl_len** assignment operations to **one**.This
reduces useless instruction calls to the snippet below:
```
g_gid = gid;
g_gid_index = i;
found = true;
```
