1) The parent Span's _client_list
2) Temporarily holding a shared_ptr during various function calls, such as
GetTlsParentSpan
second
1) A bthread span is required. The original code already includes an
implementation of bthread spans, which are used to track the creation and
execution of bthreads.
2) Without a bthread span, it's impossible to track client RPCs initiated by
other bthreads (such as the use case of Braft's append_entrics).
