### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: N/A Problem Summary: `ButexTest.stop_before_running` requires the operation to complete within 5 ms. This timing is not part of the API contract and can fail when CI workers are under load, even though the stop behavior is correct. ### What is changed and the side effects? Changed: - Remove the 5 ms completion-time assertion and its timer. - Retain the behavioral checks for interruption, joining, and repeated stop.
