### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: N/A Problem Summary: The English and Chinese READMEs use inconsistent terminal punctuation in descriptive list items and prose. Some entries omit periods, and several Chinese entries end with English periods. ### What is changed and the side effects? Changed: - Add missing periods to descriptive entries and prose in both READMEs. - Use Chinese full stops for Chinese entries. - Add colons to the parent entries that introduce protocol sublists. - Preserve headings, documentation index entries, wording, and links.
