### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: resolve Problem Summary: CI intermittently fails while downloading Apache Thrift 0.11.0 from the Apache Archive. When `wget` fails its TLS handshake, the `&&` command chain does not stop the following script lines, causing a misleading `./configure: No such file or directory` failure. ### What is changed and the side effects? Changed: - Replace `wget` with retrying, failing `curl` download. - Verify the downloaded Thrift archive with its SHA-256 checksum. - Split download, verification, extraction, and directory changes into separate commands so a failed download stops the step immediately. Side effects: - Performance effects: None. - Breaking backward compatibility: None. --- ### Check List: - Please make sure your changes are compilable. - When providing us with a new feature, it is best to add related tests. - Please follow [Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct](https://github.com/apache/brpc/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
