We will clarify this in the PR description. `tls_stringmap_temp` is an
internal implementation detail, and downstream code should not depend on it
directly. The supported `find_cstr` interfaces remain unchanged at the source
level. Consumers should rebuild against the updated headers; we do not plan to
add a compatibility alias for the internal TLS variable.
