There isn't much to go on, but then it's not a very complex job. We run rake ci on vesta.apache.org. rvm is used to set up the necessary gems.
You need to ask infra for an account on vesta, by contacting them on IRC or more likely open a Jira ticket for it. You can then ssh into vesta and impersonate the hudson user. The hudson home folder contains both the buildr job workspace and .rvm. Let me know if you have more questions ?
