ConfigurationImpl log in info that the ignoreXmlConfig method was called.
In some container (openejb/tomee) this method is called to avoid bval to read
it since the container will provide the config.
Is it possible to log provide a state instead of a boolean to say IGNORE_CONF,
PARSE_CONF, PROVIDED_CONF?
at least can the log level used be under info (config, fine...)?
