The DOAP file has a syntax error:
It says:
<asfext:pmc rdf:resource="http://bval.apache.org/people.html"; />
It should say:
<asfext:pmc rdf:resource="http://bval.apache.org/"; />
The people.html suffix needs to be removed please.
