A few weird things: * I had published a snapshot of weaver to the Apache snapshots repo so assuming your settings included it you should have been able to pick it up from there. * It sounds like you're running into https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WEAVER-23, but as you can see in JIRA, I thought I had fixed that.
One question: you are building from gitbox or GitHub rather than SVN, correct?
