I don't understand why I should by putting {{@NotNull}} on implementation too:

To me, not repeating the annotation should be interpreted as a confirmation;
and anyway, as said above, all works with the reference implementation
(Hibernate Validator), hence I suspect that this is the way how the
interpretation should be taken.
