I'm excited to start a VOTE for Apache BVal 3.0.2. Note that I am not a
PMC member and solely acting as a release manager doing the manual work.
When this vote is successful a PMC member will finish this release.
This is a small incremental release and fixes one bug that was found in
Apache BVal 3.0.1.
