Validation 3.1 / EE11 - Release?

Hi,

It seems that the current main branch of BVAL passes the Validation 3.1 TCK 
(for EE11).

Are there any blockers left? Otherwise: Can we do a release, so we can upgrade 
for TomEE 11 ?
