FYI Avatica-1.7.1 release candidates incoming

Hi,

We've realized that there was a security concern in the recent Avatica 
1.7.0 release.

We'd ask everyone to please hold off on using this release and sit tight 
for a 1.7.1 release. There should be a release candidate 0 for Avatica 
1.7.1 landing today, hopefully with an official release by the end of 
this week.
